Article content

  • Solar Energy: Generated 2.05 million kWh of renewable energy through solar installations at five distribution facilities and corporate headquarters.
  • Water Conservation: Water usage fell 18.3%, saving more than 18 million liters year over year, driven in part by the consolidation of redundant facilities following the integration of S&S and alphabroder.
  • Advancing Circularity: Recycled waste increased 38% — 716.74 additional metric tons compared with 2024 — and 60% of shipping boxes that met S&S’s high-quality standards were reused for customer orders, reducing demand for new materials and minimizing cardboard waste.
  • Efficient Infrastructure: Deployed automated order picking across two additional distribution centers, improving picker productivity at participating facilities. The company also continued expanding high-efficiency lighting across its facilities and implemented additional energy- and resource-saving improvements that support both operational performance and long-term sustainability.
  • Community Impact: Through its Grant Program, S&S supported 58 nonprofit organizations in 2025, bringing its total community support to $390,000 in apparel, monetary and in-kind donations to more than 300 organizations since the program’s inception in 2019.
