Fisher, the dad of heavyweight prospect Johnny, has become a viral sensation over the last few years with his Chinese orders.
While his insane meals have proved to be a hit on social media, they haven’t been the best for his health.
And this year, ‘Big’ John decided to make a change and drop some of his excess weight.
He’s lost over a whopping SIX STONE of body fat by upping his exercise and cutting down on his beloved Chinese food.

John has adopted a mainly carnivore-based diet on the advice of 2017 World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall.
And he admits he’s indebted to ‘The Beast’ for putting him onto the path to better health and “saving” his life.
Alongside a side-by-side transformation photo, the 52-year-old wrote on X: “42kg lost now of excess fat.
“Still fat but now feel lot healthier. Another 20kg to come off. Slowly but surely.

‘Big’ John will be ringside on September 26 when son Johnny makes his Zuffa Boxing debut.
He’ll make his promotional bow in Dana White‘s start-up against Michael Pirotton at the Copper Box Arena.
