The recent cross-examination of a witness in one of a slew of lawsuits against the ex-Liberal MP and others raised the fact that a Grewal employee was shot dead eight months ago as he drove out of a Brampton, Ont., mall. Police described the incident as an isolated attack and soon after charged three men in the murder.

The polls found that Americans overall still view Canada as an ally, disagree with renaming Lake Ontario, and are willing to make concessions to make a trade deal. But the polls found some disagreement on these issues between MAGA Republicans and non-MAGA Republicans.

Ketamine-prescribing Ontario doctor suspended after asking patients to waive their right to sue him

The doctor has been suspended from practising for six months after prescribing ketamine over the phone and asking two patients to sign a document promising not to take legal action against him or make a formal complaint. A College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario tribunal called his actions “disgraceful, dishonourable and unprofessional.”
