The 48-year-old has ended her marriage to ‘conman’ husband Lee but is understood to have caution on if he will try to claim ‘half of her earnings’ over the next 12 months.

A source told The Sun: “Naturally Katie is worried Lee might try to get her money, or take half her earnings over the next 12 months.
“She does not want to be his next con, and is hoping they can split amicably.

“It seems unlikely they will stay in touch.”
Self-proclaimed multi-millionaire “businessman” Lee, 43, is currently holed up in the UAE’s notorious Al Awir prison.

It is understood he is trying to drum up the funds to pay the fine for his release, but is struggling to do so. He still maintains his innocence.
