Coronation Street star Nicola Thorp is expecting her second child with her husband, Nikesh Patel, and announced it adorably.
For over two years, Nicola played Nicola Rubinstein on Coronation Street, the daughter of Pat Phelan (Connor McIntyre).
Sharing a photo of herself in a green gown with a baby bump, she wrote: ‘Sparking pregnancy rumours…’
The touching photos showed Nicola beaming as she held her baby bump.
Other photos included her husband, Nikesh, and her young daughter kissing her belly.
The happy couple have been flooded with well wishes.

In August 2024, Nicola married fellow actor Nikesh Patel, seven months after they welcomed their first child together.
Nikesh has starred in Channel 4 drama Indian Summers, Hulu miniseries Four Weddings, as well as BBC sitcom Starstruck and thriller The Devil’s Hour.
Announcing the birth of their daughter in January that year, Nicola posted on social media: ‘Everything they say about birth being a rollercoaster of emotions is true.
‘We’re shattered and smitten and everything in between.’
