DPP directions awaited in case of three men accused of laundering almost €450,000 and £90,000stg

Three men accused of laundering almost €450,000 and £90,000stg have been remanded on continuing bail for DPP directions when they appeared before Drogheda Court on Monday.

Jerzy Musial (43), Strand Hill, Clogherhead; Grzegorz Unton (29), Cedarfield, Drogheda, and Mariusz Unton (53), Rampart Green, Drogheda; are each charged with laundering €448,845 cash and £89,930stg cash at Site 22, Duleek Business Park, Duleek, Co. Meath, on May 29 last.

Judge Nicola Andrews put their cases back to February 8, 2027, for DPP directions, peremptory against the State.

This means that if directions are not available on that date the charges will be struck out.
