Article content

The Company also announces that, following the vesting of RSUs granted to an employee under the Company’s RSU plan, a total of 75,498 new common shares of no par value (the “RSU Shares”) have been issued.

Article content

Together with the 72,381 new common shares issued as announced on 1 September 2026 in connection with the exercise of expiring share options, application will therefore be made for a total of 147,879 new common shares of no par value to be admitted to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (“Admission”). It is currently expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in such new common shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 17 September 2026.

Article content

The Company’s total issued share capital therefore consists of 466,392,011 common shares of no par value, each with voting rights. Given that the Company does not hold any common shares in treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in interest in, the share capital of the Company.
