- Drill holes GD-26-425 and GD-26-462 mark the presence of the volcanic Wedge Zone in the western and north-eastern fringes of the mineralized system, respectively. These two newly discovered mineralized areas add to the two previously discovered Wedge Zone domains (see news August 31, 2026): the first located in the south-central part of the known mineralized system and the second in the recently announced 540 meter step-out to the Southwest of the Surebet system. There are approximately 900 meters of untested volcanics by the drill bit separating the domains discovered in the West and Southwest of the system that have the potential to host further mineralization part of the volcanic Wedge Zone (see Figure 1).

- The volcanic Wedge Zone is characterized by broad intervals of gold within quartz-sulphide mineralization including VG-NE that typically extend for 10 – 50 meters in drill core, inclusive of close to surface grades of up to 1.97 g/t AuEq over 33 meters (see news August 31, 2026).
- The Central volcanic Wedge Zone occupies a mineralized area extending up to 310 meters in length and 110 meters vertically, consisting of numerous stacked mineralized veinlets hosted in the volcanic package (see Figure 2 and news August 31, 2026).

- Drill hole GD-26-462 intersected two mineralized intervals hosted in the volcanic package located in the confirmed 480 meters step-out expansion to the Northeast part of the Surebet system. The first is part of the volcanic Wedge Zone located between the Bonanza and Golden Gate Zones that assayed 26.80 g/t Au over 2.30 meters within a broader interval of 14.28 g/t Au over 4.32 meters (Au only assays; AuEq assays pending). This first interval consists of frequent stockwork to sheeted mineralized veinlets associated with Visible Gold to the Naked Eye (VG-NE). The second interval is part of the Golden Gate Zone and assayed 20.45 g/t Au over 1.65 meters within a wider interval of 9.31 g/t Au over 3.65 meters composed of a broad quartz vein including semi-massive sulphides and VG-NE (Au only; AuEq assays pending); see Figure 4.

- Drill hole GD-26-417 intersected the volcanic Wedge Zone that extends over 58.00 meters grading 0.55 g/t AuEq, including 9.00 meters of 1.06 g/t AuEq in the confirmed 540 meters step-out expansion to the Southwestern part of the Surebet system. This interval consists of frequent and tightly spaced quartz and calc-silicate veinlets where multiple VG-NE occurrences have been identified. A second interval below the Wedge Zone part of the Golden Gate Zone assayed 2.22 g/t AuEq over 5.00 meters, including 9.30 g/t AuEq over 1.00 meter. This interval is composed of quartz-sulphide veining hosting VG-NE; see Figure 5 (Only Au assays previously reported, see news August 6, 2026).

- Drill hole GD-26-425 intersected a volcanic Wedge interval that extends over 23.20 meters grading 1.02 g/t AuEq, including 4.16 g/t AuEq over 3.20 meters. Mineralization in this interval is hosted in sheeted quartz-sulphide and calc-silicate veins and veinlets associated with VG-NE; see Figure 6 (Only Au assays previously reported, see news August 6, 2026). A second Wedge Zone interval was intersected that extends over 10.55 meters grading 0.48 g/t AuEq, including 7.49 meters grading 0.56 g/t AuEq. Mineralization is distributed in sheeted to stockwork veinlets and widespread calc-silicate alteration stringers and patches.
