BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 09, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Jushi Holdings Inc. (“Jushi” or the “Company”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSH), a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis operator, announced today that Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and Founder, Jim Cacioppo, purchased 2,019,798 shares of the Company’s common stock in open-market transactions through One East Partners L.P., an affiliated investment vehicle. These shares were purchased between August 24, 2026, and September 1, 2026, for a total dollar amount of approximately $1,010,000.
