Justin brings extensive experience with La Mer, having led the brand from 2017 to 2022 before assuming leadership of Estée Lauder. During his tenure, he expanded and diversified La Mer’s product portfolio, strengthened its luxury architecture and advanced the brand’s presence across digital and omnichannel platforms. Today, La Mer is the number one luxury skin care brand in the world. In his expanded role, Justin will lead the La Mer team as it builds on the strong foundation established by Sandra and guides the brand into its next chapter.

She joined the Global Brand from Asia/Pacific in 2021 and, over the past several years, has led Marketing, Product Development and Global Growth in an expanded role, helping to create a more integrated approach across the brand’s key growth drivers. She also played a pivotal role in recent launches, including Double Wear and Glimmer. Erica will partner closely with Justin as she leads Estée Lauder into its next chapter.
