TORONTO, Sept. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Mink Ventures Corporation (TSXV:MINK) (“MINK” or the “Company“) today announced that the Board of Directors has approved the grant of an aggregate number of 975,000 incentive stock options to its officers and directors. The exercise price of the stock options granted is $0.13 per common share. Subject to the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange, including the four months plus one day exchange hold period, and the Company’s Stock Option Plan, the options vest immediately and have a term of ten years and will expire on September 3, 2036.
