VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSX: DIV, DIV.DB.A and DIV.DB.B) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.02375 per common share for the period of September 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, which is equal to $0.285 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on September 29, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2026.
