TORONTO, Sept. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Inventus Mining Corp. (TSXV: IVS) (“Inventus” or the “Company”) announces that it has granted 3,400,000 incentive stock options to certain officers, directors, employees, and consultants of Inventus Mining effective September 2, 2026. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.295 per share for a period of five years and have been issued under the Company’s 10% rolling stock option plan. The options vest one-third at each of 6, 12, and 18 months from the date of grant. All stock options are subject to the acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
