Two major UK supermarkets have issued product recalls over incorrectly labelled items that pose potential allergy risks.
Tesco has urgently recalled some packs of its Finest Caesar & Smoked Bacon Coleslaw, while Waitrose is recalling some of its Rhubarb Crumble.
The Tesco coleslaw packs have been recalled as some packs may mistakenly contain Tesco Finest Four Cheese Potato Salad.
The potato salad contains mustard, which is not declared on the label, causing a potential health hazard.

The affected coleslaw packets are 270g with a use-by date of September 4, according to the Food Standards Agency.
Those with mustard allergies have been told not to eat the products and the return it to a Tesco store for a full refund.
According to Allergy UK, mustard allergy symptoms can range from a mild skin irritation and stomach discomfort to severe, life-threatening anaphylaxis.
No other Tesco products are affected by the recall.
Meanwhile, the Waitrose Rhubarb Crumble is being recalled as the product contains oats, which is not mentioned on the label.

Because it contains gluten, it is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to oats or gluten, or for those with coeliac disease.
The affected products are 500g packs with a use-by date of August 19, with home freezing instructions to consume within one month of freezing.
Customers can return the packs to a Waitrose store for a refund.
