Man admits to murdering Dandenong woman Eva Lasrini whose body was found south-west of Melbourne

A man who killed Dandenong woman Eva Lasrini then tried to board an overseas flight has pleaded guilty to murder.
Allen Keys, 68, appeared in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court today via video link from the city’s remand centre.
He admitted he murdered the 53-year-old mother of two at Little River, between Melbourne and Geelong, on April 1.
Ms Lasrini’s body was found near the Princes Freeway days after being reported missing.
She was reported missing after she did not contact her family as expected.
Her body was found in the vicinity of Little River Road and the Princes Freeway in Little River on April 4.
Keys, who is from Patterson Lakes in Melbourne’s south, was arrested on April 3 as he tried to board a flight at Melbourne International Airport.
He was taken into custody on a charge of murder.
At his brief court hearing this morning, Keys only spoke to confirm he pleaded guilty to the murder charge.
He will face a directions hearing at the Victorian Supreme Court on September 28.
Ms Lasrini was remembered as a devoted mother to her two daughters.
She was studying English and had posted on social media about being given a great opportunity to learn.
