JULIE Andrews is opening up about her daily routine that keeps her feeling half her age at 90.

The iconic actress’ daughter also shared the habits that keep her mom active.

Andrews revealed that daily exercise is what keeps her feeling spry.

“I have all my life worked out first thing in the morning or something like that, a little less so these days,” she told Yahoo Life.

The actress has spoken about the benefits of movement first thing in the morning for decades.

On the Rosie O’Donnell show in 1996, Andrews said she does 45 minutes of stretching, aerobics and ballet barre in the morning, describing the routine as “all the things I know work for me.”

In a conversation with fellow actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus on her Wiser Than Me podcast in 2024, Andrews revealed that she feels decades younger than she really is.

“Well, I probably feel like in my 50s, honest to God,” she said.

“As long as the brain holds out, I’m doing okay.

“You know, and I don’t feel bad at all now.”

Andrews added that the diligence from being a child actor gave her the skills to keep a routine all of her life.

“I am grateful for the early years of my life when the training was very disciplined and crazy,” she told Yahoo Life.

“It gave me a work ethic and made me really have to be good.”
