Towie star in talks to return to Love Island All Stars – six months after split with famous boyfriend

FAN favourite Love Island star Matilda Draper has been tapped for a return for All Stars after previously pulling out of talks.

The series 11 legend turned down bosses for the 2025 run after she began dating Towie’s Roman Hackett, but after their split in March Matilda is back in the running.

Love Island bosses have opened up casting for 2027’s All Stars and Matilda was top of their list.

A source said: “Matilda loved her time on Love Island in 2024 and was up for All Stars when they approached for the 2025 series.

“But then she got with Roman in late 2024 so she just thought there was no point.

“Of course they sadly split in March 2026, but the timings mean Matilda is in a good spot to sign up for All Stars ‘27.

“When I watch it, back it’s just such a special feeling cos you would never do that otherwise.”

It comes after The Sun revealed another Islander was considering their invite for the first time ever – Jack Fowler.

Until now the series four hunk has resisted the call of the villa despite being top of ITV bosses’ wishlists and unlike 2023, 2024 and 2025, Jack is said to be thinking about it.

A source said: “The calls go out to everyone to see who is single and potentially up for a return to Love Island.

“But for the first time this year it wasn’t a flat no from Jack’s side.

“Of course he might end up turning it down but there’s a glimmer of hope, at least.”

Even this tentative update will be music to Love Island fans’ ears, as many have been desperate to see the 2018 bombshell back in the villa.

Last year, sources told how Islanders in the Cape Town villa were even requesting that bosses send in Jack as an option because many struggled to find a connection.
