THIS is the emotional moment the sister of Paul Gascoigne’s terminally ill daughter-in-law held back tears as she thanked those who have generously donated towards her life-extending treatment.
The footballer’s son Mason, 37, launched a fundraiser along with his partner Jaimee’s family to raise £320,500 for her to take part in a clinical trial in America.

Her sister Brooke was visibly upset when she revealed they are halfway to raising the full amount in just a few short days thanks to the online community after revealing Jaimee has an incurable brain tumour.
In a new video, Jamiee’s family said: “Your love and support so far has been incredible, and will be eternally appreciated.
“Please keep sharing Jaimee’s story. To be halfway there already is amazing, but we still have halfway to go!
“Lots of love from our family, to yours.”

Jamiee replied: “Love you sister.”
Jaimee, 28, who shares a five-year-old son with the football legend’s son Mason, revealed this week she has an incurable brain tumour.
She said she had been “given a glimmer of hope” having been offered a rare opportunity to participate in a clinical trial at a hospital in Ohio for a new drug for a tumour like hers.
Having undergone major brain surgery to remove as much of the growth as possible, she is now going throgh radiotherpy and chemotherapy.

The typical life expectancy for someone with the kind of tumour Jamiee has is five years.
She shared a scan picture of a huge brain tumour and surgery scar, telling followers: “More than anything, I desperately want more time with my little boy. Being Teddy’s mummy is my whole reason for existence. And I’m not ready to say goodbye.”
In the video, her heartbroken sister Brooke says: “Hi everyone. For those of you that don’t know me, I’m one of Jamie’s little sisters, Brooke, and I wanted to come on here on behalf of our entire family and Jamiee to thank you all so much for your incredible support so far.
“It’s been overwhelming with how many people are sharing and donating to my sister’s cause. In just under a week, we’re already 50 per cent of the way there to getting my sister to America for the trial treatment that could give her more time with all of us, her son, her family, her friends.
“And just knowing that everybody can see, has read my sister’s story and can see what a beautiful soul that she is, and anyone just that relates to how a mum in this situation with a young child must feel.
“How my mum must feel that her daughter’s going through this… how Jamiee must feel to be going through this herself is just…”
She added emotionally: “So your continued support is so, so appreciated and we just need to keep pushing Jamiee’s story out there even further, so that now we can get the other half that we need to get my sister out to America.
“So let’s just keep pushing my sister’s story out there, keep sharing, keep donating what you can, and let’s get my sister to America guys, come on. Stand with Jamiee.”
