Actor Liam Neeson has sparked dating rumours after being pictured holding hands with one of his co-stars on the red carpet over the weekend.

Neeson (74) appeared at the premiere of Evil Genius at the Toronto International Film Festival alongside British actor Stella Stocker, leading media and film fans to speculate the pair are in a relationship.

Stocker had a role in the 2022 film Memory, a thriller in which Neeson starred as a hitman suffering from dementia.

She is also credited in one of Neeson’s upcoming projects, The Mongoose, scheduled for release at the end of October.

Stocker’s age is not readily available online, but she is reported to play roles aged between 35-45 years old.

Neither appear in Evil Genius, but Neeson is a longtime friend of director and co-producer Courteney Cox. The film, starring David Harbour and Patricia Arquette, is the second film directed by the Friends star.

This is not the first time Neeson’s personal life has made headlines of late, following on from rumours of a romance with American actor Pamela Anderson.

Neeson and Anderson starred opposite each other in last year’s reboot of The Naked Gun franchise, and their brief romance became highly publicised during the press tour for the film. They gave a number of joint interviews, and appeared intimate with each other on red carpets.

In an interview to People Magazine in December of last year, Anderson said she and Neeson shared an “intimate” week together at Neeson’s New York residence.

She also denied speculation their romance was a PR stunt designed to promote The Naked Gun, but said their romantic relationship had ended and they are now close friends.
