HAYDEN Panettiere’s on-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson was cuffed by cops last night after an alleged incident at a bar.
According to sources, the 37-year-old actor started yelling at officers about her death while cuffed and sitting on the sidewalk.

Brian had allegedly been drinking for hours with his brother Zach at the Wild Wing Cafe bar in Greenville, South Carolina, on Saturday night before the pair were thrown out over a chair tossing incident, TMZ reports.
Sources told the outlet that the outing took a turn when Brian went up to the bar to talk to fellow patrons before allegedly picking up a stool and throwing it behind him.
Video obtained by TMZ shows Brian being raised into the air by someone during an argument before being carried out of the bar while a bartender yells “Let him go!”
The Greenville Police Department told the outlet that they were called to the bar about an alleged assault and found the two brothers in an argument with others outside.

Both men were put in cuffs but only Zach was arrested for disorderly conduct after launching into a profanity-filled tirade.
Brian was released by cops but not before accusing the police department of leaking information about Hayden’s death.
“GPD leaked it when my girlfriend died,” he yelled after officers put him in cuffs, per TMZ.
Last month, the Heroes and Nashville star was found unresponsive at her Greenville apartment where she had been staying with Brian.

According to a police report obtained by The U.S. Sun, Zach entered the apartment to discover the actress unresponsive in a chair. (Brian was sleeping in another room of the apartment.)
Zach told TMZ that Brian administered Narcan to the 36-year-old mom-of-two who was nominated for two Golden Globes, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to 911 dispatch audio, she was suffering from a cardiac arrest and suspected overdose.
Hayden’s exact cause of death remains unknown
An investigation into her death has been launched by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Meanwhile, a criminal investigation has reportedly been launched to find out if anyone was responsible for her death.
Just three months before her death, the actress had whippets and booze delivered to her Nashville hotel room, according to Page Six.
This was at the same time she was claiming to be sober and healthy while promoting her book after suffering from alcoholism and addiction for years.
Following Hayden’s tragic death, her mother Lesley Vogel slammed her daughter’s rekindled relationship with Brian, revealing that the family were desperate to “get rid” of him.
The pair began dating in 2018 and the following year after the family already raised concerns about the relationship, Brian was arrested for domestic violence after an incident at Hayden’s home.

But just a few days after his arrest, they were spotted holding hands while shopping for new cars despite him being hit with a felony charge which was later dismissed in part due to no cooperating witnesses.
On Valentine’s Day 2020, Brian was arrested again for domestic violence while the pair was vacationing in Wyoming and he was sentenced to 45 days in jail. According to reports, he served 12 days in jail.
Despite Hayden releasing a statement about the abusive nature of the relationship, the pair were seen together again in July 2021, shortly before Brian was accused of getting into a massive group brawl in Hollywood.
They were seen again in 2023 at her brother Jansen’s funeral and Brian helped her through an LA airport while she was on crutches in March of this year.
