NEW dad Zach Noble has impressed fans with the results of an eight-week weight loss regimen.
The former Love Island star, 29, took to Instagram with before and after videos of himself, having dropped the extra pounds he’d put on since welcoming his baby son.

And the results were impressive as Zach showed off a leaner figure, claiming he was only getting started.
The before video was taken on July 22nd, with his progress video filmed on 10th September, showcasing a flatter stomach and leaner frame.
Zach – who welcomed his first child with partner Ava Hirons in June, on his 29th birthday – also shared footage of himself in the gym lifting weights and boxing.
He captioned the post: “The first video is the day I decided enough is enough.

Zach and Ava – who is daughter of This Morning star Caroline Hirons – have had a big year, having welcomed their son after moving into their first home together back in March.
Their whirlwind romance was confirmed in October last year after the pair were caught by a TikTok influencer while on a causal stroll in London.
The announcement they were expecting their first child came soon after their relationship was confirmed with Zach sharing an ultrasound picture, captioned: “Incoming summer ‘26.”
