A MARRIED At First Sight star has been left heartbroken after revealing her ex‑partner and father of her child has died following a cancer battle.
Lara Eyre, who appeared on the show in 2022, shared the tragic news in an emotional post to social media.

Lara took to Instagram and shared a sweet family snap of herself with Patrick Eyre and their son.
She captioned the image: “Earlier this week my ex husband, friend, and father of my child was taken too early from us from cancer.
“Our relationship could be a difficult one at times but the loss has still hit me hard.
“Patrick Eyre was only 55 way to young .my heart goes out to my son Jaden, Patrick’s wife Lisa and daughter Nina, mother Carmen and sister Paloma and to his many many friends who have been devastated by this news.”

Lara rose to fame four years ago on reality show MAFS as she was matched with guitarist Richie who previously appeared on Take Me Out.
However, the pair’s marriage quickly crumbled on-screen as they failed to make things work.
After the show, she revealed that she had a Hollywood ex and that he was a huge star.
Lara went public with a new boyfriend in May last year.
