A man, aged in his 40s, who was arrested in connection with an investigation into a fatal shooting in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, has been released without charge.
Gardaí are continuing to investigate the murder of Mark Cullen.
Mr Cullen, who was 39, was shot dead at Patrician Park on Kill Avenue on Sunday, 5 July.
Gardaí say they are preparing a file for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
