There were dramatic scenes in Tralee on Wednesday morning after a car appeared to have crashed into a local business.
The incident occurred at Wazp, a local 3D-printing business at Unit 6, The O’Connor Centre in town and which is located right next to St Brendan’s Church.
The white Ford Fiesta involved suffered extensive damage to the front of the vehicle in the incident while the front door of the business was crumpled and smashed in and broken glass was strewn all over the footpath as onlookers watched on, with traffic also at a standstill.
Two firetrucks were at the scene when The Kerryman was there as a recovery vehicle extracted the car from the building.
It’s not yet known if there was anyone in the office at the time of the incident. It’s also not yet known if there have been any injuries as a result.
