FORMER England star Rachel Daly and her ex-team-mate turned partner Sarah Mayling have announced they’re having a baby.
The pair, who played at Aston Villa together, shared the news on Instagram as high profile well wishes poured in.
It marks another key milestone in the pair’s relationship following their engagement in November 2024.
In a joint post they wrote: “Baby Daly March 2027.”
And the congratulations poured in from numerous high-profile names, as some of the WSL’s biggest stars shared the love.
Ex-Arsenal star and BBC presenter Alex Scott commented: “awwww congratulations!!”

Meanwhile, former England international and Stick To Football star Jill Scott wrote: “Amazing news massive congrats xx.”
Chelsea and England star Millie Bright posted: “Bestied so hard we are having babies at the same time. I cannot tell you how happy I am for you proud. Over the moon.”
Their ex-Villa team-mate Alisha Lehmann also commented: “So happy for you guys.”
And Arsenal‘s 2025/26 Player of the Year Alessia Russo added: “Congrats.”
