PIERCE Brosnan has revealed how he and his wife Keely are selling their $100m Malibu mansion after 26 years, amid earthquake fears.
The James Bond legend, 73, bought the Tomorrow Never Dies-inspired property back in 2000, but now he and his wife, 62, have decided to sell up.

The showbiz couple split their time between their huge beachfront compound and their equally stunning home in Hawaii.
But now they have decided that they are giving up the massive Malibu property, after Earthquake concerns, and also wild fires.
Pierce told The Times: “We’ve been spared by the fires a few times now. But I think it’s time to move. Everything changes, everything falls apart…
“We live by this body of earth’s water on a fault in a ring of earthquakes. That creates a fear.

“I think the two of us are somewhat reclusive. It’s a long way into town. We have a small circle of friends here [but] people get divorced, they die, they move on. And we’re still here.”
The actor also revealed that the Malibu property costs a lot to keep afloat.

“There have been doldrums. I have this beautiful house in Malibu. I have to pay the mortgage,” he told the paper.
“There are definite moments of, oh, this boat is not quite sinking, but [it might] if we don’t get a job soon.”

Pierce bought the land for the mansion, which is called Orchid House, in 2000, for just under $7.5m.
The innovative eco-friendly nine-bedroom house creates so much energy that it can power the main building, the outdoor pool and the two-storey guest house with enough left over to donate to the local grid.
The environment-conscious star was hands on in the design of the home and ensured it was self-sustaining by installing solar panels, energy-saving lights and a low-flow water system to reduce wastage.
Its Thai-style design features lots of wooden beams, clean lines and a tropical pool, and is influenced by Pierce’s 1997 Bond film, part of which was filmed in southeast Asia.
The home is the perfect place for a new owner to entertain guests on its spacious patio and decked areas overlooking the ocean.
They can also be used as serene backdrops for relaxing yoga and meditation sessions too.
Its 4,000 square feet boasts plenty of neat features including a 20-person movie theater, a gym, spa, art studio, two bars and a temperature-controlled wine unit.
