The viral internet star was due to face Gareth from Bad Boy Chiller Crew, but the rapper was forced to withdraw in the lead-up due to a brain aneurysm.
In a heartbreaking video, BBCC Gareth declared he will never be able to box again following the discovery.
Ibiza Final Boss now faces fellow content creator Kellen Jenkins, who is making his in-ring debut on short notice.
The pair clash on a star-studded Misfits Boxing bill, which is topped by the grudge match between Jordan McCann and Big Stacks.
