Maximus developed the concept with his brother and business partners after identifying a gap in the market.

He told Manchester Evening News: “My brother has an office in Bramhall and he realised some time ago that whilst it’s a brilliant area with a community feel, there’s no Mexican or quick and easy options except for the likes of Greggs, Subway or a supermarket meal deal.

“So we saw there was a gap in the market and we just wanted to fill it with something that’s quite fresh, fast, and just focused on high-quality food – it started with that vision.

“We’ve just tried to build this really strong team of local staff and just really be community-driven.”
