TRIBUTES have been paid to a dad-of-two and an “amazing” mum who sadly died while cycling when a car crashed into them.
The incident in Cobham, Kent, unfolded on Sunday as Steven Anscomb and Natasha Lewis cycled through the village.
Tragically, both Natasha and Steven were pronounced dead at the scene, despite the best efforts of medics.
The grieving family of Mr Anscomb, his wife Fiona and daughters Liberty and Imogen have shared the following tribute: “Steven was an amazing, kind, caring, hardworking dad, friend, and the most amazing husband.
“On Sunday he went out for his last ride before his big bike ride to Amsterdam. But sadly, he never came home.
“He will be so very deeply missed by so many and has been robbed of the special times of life.

While, Ms Lewis’s devastated daughter, Hermione, said: “No words can describe what an amazing, thoughtful, and strong woman she was.
“I am truly so grateful to have her as my mum. She was so healthy and exercise was one of her true loves. She had so many more years to experience this life.
“My heart goes out to everyone that has ever felt this pain. My mum was one of a kind.

A 22-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the tragic collision.
Three riders were struck by a white Ford Focus during the smash with one rushed to hospital with minor injuries.
Two men and a woman were arrested at the scene as an investigation was launched.
Aaron Turner, 22, was subsequently charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
Turner, from nearby Higham, is also charged with failing to stop at the scene of a road traffic collision and possession of a class C drug.
He was remanded into custody and will appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
A 21-year-old man and 19-year-old woman who were arrested have since been released on bail.
The force’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) has appealed for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to get in touch.
