A NEW 11,500 sq ft dining spot, named Britain’s “biggest Italian restaurant” will welcome guests in a matter of weeks.

The restaurant has its own DJ booth and promises an authentic Italian dining experience

In 2024, Incipio Group announced that it would be taking on 39,000 sq ft of F&B space in the revamped London Olympia venue.

11,500 sq ft has been dedicated to Italian restaurant Juno, with the expansive restaurant space reaching a maximum capacity of 500 guests.

For those craving Italian, the wait won’t be long as the new dining spot is set to welcome customers from October 16.

The 265-cover venue will employ around 50 staff and offer diners a true taste of Italy, with aperitvo drinks, contorni and spuntino plates, antipasti, primi and larger secondi plates.

The interior of the restaurant will incorporate original architectural elements of the building, including structural pillars, mirrors and timber features, as well as the existing marble and tiled flooring found at the entrance.

New design elements have also been added including bespoke banquette, tiled floors and hand-laid marble mosaics.

For a touch of modern flair, contemporary elements have also been woven into the restaurant’s design, including a two-metre infinity light above the back bar.

Live music will also be a big pull of the new spot thanks to a dedicated stage and DJ booth for regular events, with weekends expected to be a large focus.

Pasta lovers can gorge on tomato and mozzarella paccheri; crab linguine with chilli and vine-ripened cherry tomatoes; and osso buco alla Milanese with saffron risotto and gremolata.

Pizza fiends can watch the cooking process live from dedicated seating at the restaurant’s Pizza Napoletana counter, with room for up to 10 guests at once and an electric oven that can produce up to 300 pizzas an hour.

Ending the evening with something sweet, the dessert menu offers torched Italian meringue; a Gelato Tower featuring pistachio soft serve topped with chopped nuts and extra virgin olive oil; and of course – tiramisu.

“Juno is a significant opening for Incipio Group and one that we have approached with real ambition,” says Ed Devenport, chief executive of Incipio Group.

“We wanted to create a restaurant that could work in different ways throughout the day, from an aperitivo or long lunch to dinner and drinks, while bringing the scale and energy of a destination restaurant to West London.

“The combination of the food, the space and the events programme makes Juno a particularly exciting addition to our portfolio.”

Incipio Group’s other food and drinks spots located in the exhibition centre include Wolves of Tokyo, Lillie’s, Bar Arriba and Arbour.

Arbour operates as a bar and food hall, with four food and drink outlets at the site: Cafe Modo, Whammy Burgers, Fry Baby and The Rambler.
