RYAN GARCIA says he will SLAP Conor Benn in the face if his British rival gets out of line – even if it comes at the cost of cancelling their fight.

The American champion threatened to smack Benn in the face with an egg in a repeat of Chris Eubank Jr’s press conference stunt last year.
And when probed on his promise, Garcia said: “I don’t remember saying that.
“But because he’s already got slapped with an egg, it’s like can’t do it again. Maybe with some ham or salami, just pow!
“No, but if he does some stupid shit, he will get slapped though. If he wants to get stupid, he’ll get slapped.

Benn, 29, returns for his first fight at welterweight in over FOUR YEARS.
He has not been at 147lb since 2022 when he failed a drug test for clomiphene – known to boost testosterone – before he was due to first fight Eubank.
The WBC infamously suggested the doping result could have been due to contaminated eggs – leading to Eubank’s viral stunt last year.

Ryan Garcia will make the first defence of his WBC welterweight title against British superstar Conor Benn THIS Saturday.
The blockbuster Las Vegas event is under the arm of Dana White’s Zuffa Boxing promotion.
Garcia, 28, captured his first world title in February by securing a dominant unanimous decision victory over Mario Barrios.
Benn, 29, is challenging for a world title for the first time in his professional career.
His sole professional defeat came against domestic rival Chris Eubank Jr in April 2025, a loss he quickly avenged with a dominant unanimous decision victory in their November 2025 rematch.
Benn enters the biggest bout of his life following a decisive points win over former world champion Regis Prograis in April, which marked his debut under Zuffa Boxing.

Benn did vow to fight his innocence and the case was later dropped against him in 2024 – allowing for his two-bout series with Eubank.
He lost the initial thriller but dominated Eubank, 36, in the rematch last November at 160lb.
Benn dropped back down to 150lb for a catchweight return against 37-year-old Regis Prograis in April – which he laboured to a points victory.
The son of Brit boxing great Nigel has opened up on his agonising fight just to make the 10st 7lb limit.
But Garcia, 28, uninterested in excuses, hit back: “He’s trying to set up a narrative because when he gets that ass whooped, he’s going to be like, ‘I was drained.’
“No, motherf***er, you were 170, 175 in that ring. I’m probably going to be 157. He’ll probably have like 20 pounds on me, but I’m going to beat his ass.
“It don’t matter how much he weighs.”
