EASTENDERS actress Zaraah Abrahams has revealed that bosses are going to extreme lengths to keep the show’s major New Year’s Day secret under wraps.
The show aired a flash-forward which promised a whole host of shocking truths that would unravel this upcoming NYD.
But actress Zaraah, who plays Chelsea Fox on the BBC soap opera, has revealed that show execs are more determined than ever to keep all of the secrets closely under-wraps.
Speaking to The Sun on the red carpet of this year’s National Television Awards, Zaarah teased: “There has been lots of clues teased that the EastEnders fans actually haven’t picked up on yet.
“We haven’t even been given the real scripts yet – I know that everyone says this but we haven’t.
“We have been getting the scripts this time with big blanks in them and there has been different versions of each of the scripts.

“So all I can say is that I know it will have to be explosive and it is not going to be what people are expecting.”
Adding some more hints on the ‘missed clues’ which had already been dropped, Zaarah added: “There have been lots of clues.
“It is one of those things in hindsight where the fans will be like, ‘oh so that’s what that is’ and yeah, it will all be very good.”
The flash-forward episode, which aired on NYD, was set 12 months in advance and teased plenty of shocking things to come from the soap.

The love-rat was previously shown preparing to tie the knot for the fifth time to an unknown woman – with many of Walford’s ladies left in the frame.
