Recounting the absurd mishap, he informed police that he lost control on a turn near the I-20/I-75/85 ramp and hit the concrete median.
The impact caused his car to flip over the rail and off the bridge.
Kalena Boykin and ‘The Hood Dentist,’ who recorded a video of the crazy incident, told Fox 5 that they were drawn to the mayhem after a large crowd formed in the tunnel.

The two said the surreal scene instantly reminded them of an iconic moment from The Wizard of Oz, where the Wicked Witch of the East’s legs are seen sticking out from under Dorothy’s house.
They recalled people shouting “don’t move, don’t make the car tip”.
Tow trucks later stabilised and removed the car, opening the road to traffic.
Video of the bizarre incident quickly went viral online, sparking widespread concern over the driver’s condition and how the crash occurred.
Authorities have not shared many details but said that the person is “going to be OK”.
The identity of the person involved has not been released.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
