Spectators can be seen ducking under a makeshift rope barrier separating the players from the pitch before piling into the fray.
Within seconds, large groups of men and women are seen charging onto the pitch as the row erupts into a chaotic mass scrap.
The wounded were then rushed into the nearby emergency department, triggering a frantic scramble as every available member of staff battled to cope with the sudden surge.
But the mayhem allegedly followed them through the hospital doors.

One man is accused of barging into the emergency unit, hurling abuse and assaulting healthcare workers before cops were called to bring the situation under control.
The original violence erupted on a sports pitch beside the community hospital in Bulnes, Chile, on Sunday, September 6, according to creatorzine.com.
The Ñuble Health Service and bosses at Bulnes Community Family Health Hospital have since condemned the shocking scenes.
In a joint statement, they voiced their “absolute rejection of any form of violence against health workers” following the alleged attack inside the emergency department.
