The animal endured the downing for almost 20 seconds before a woman placed a cigarette into its mouth.
The poor goat bucked its head as it chewed the cigarette while several partying adults gawked nearby.
Cops have launched a probe into the suspected incident of animal cruelty, which has been slammed as using savagery for “entertainment”.
The incident took place at a venue in the Adhemar Garcia in southern Brazil, on September 6.

The video was reported anonymously to Frada Joinville, an animal rights organisation, which filed a police report after receiving the footage.
The organisation said: “It is revolting and absolutely disgusting to see people offering alcohol and cigarettes to a goat, treating cruelty as if it were entertainment.
“Cruelty is not culture.
“Animal abuse is not funny.

“We strongly condemn this act and demand that those responsible are identified and held accountable.”
According to the venue, the bizarre incident occurred at a memorial for a friend killed in an accident.
The representative leaped to the defence of the party’s four-legged guest, saying the goat drank willingly and that whatever was in its cup was not beer.
She stated that the group later slaughtered the animal and ate its meat.
Police identified the man seen offering the drink to the goat and summoned him to give evidence as a suspect in the animal abuse investigation.
Tania Harada, the officer in charge of the case, said her team are working to identify all other people involved in the alleged abuse.
The case is being handled under Brazil’s animal cruelty legislation, with police explaining that the stricter law known as the Samson Law does not apply because it covers dogs and cats specifically.
It comes after another shocking case of animal cruelty, in which a Japanese school worker allegedly stomped on hamsters in a string of massacres.
Motoki Kimura, 36, arrested on August 31 in Iwate Prefecture, Japan, for violating the country’s animal welfare law.
