YOU might think you know what happened at last night’s National Television Awards – but the real fun took place when the cameras weren’t rolling.
We spent the night mingling with the stars inside London’s O2 Arena and can reveal there was a lot more you didn’t see. Here we take you behind the scenes of the wildest (and booziest) night in showbiz…

For some people the night didn’t start quite as they had hoped – after spending hundreds of pounds on hair, make-up and new outfits, droves of celebs were turned away from the red carpet.
This year numbers were limited and slots were reserved for the biggest names only.
We heard one furious Z-lister begging a snapper to take pictures of her so her glam look wasn’t wasted. Awkward.
All was forgotten once they got in their posh boxes though – the booze was flowing and celebs were spotted drunkenly stumbling to the toilet during ad breaks.
It took Secret Lives of Gypsy Wives star Trewley Precious nearly half an hour just to get to the loo as celeb fans kept stopping her for a chat.
Newly single Katie Price was on her best behaviour, sipping champagne alongside sister Sophie.
She wasn’t fussed about not being nominated for her doc, telling us that she would be getting a Bafta instead.
Her kids – Princess and Junior – were watching the show elsewhere in the building but kept making their way to her.
It was surprisingly sweet to see their relationship, Katie was seen giving them motherly advice and proudly boasting about their achievements.
Loved-up couple Pete Wicks and Olivia Attwood were seen looking bleary eyed and all over each other after sealing their romance with a kiss on the red carpet. Has Olivia finally met her match when it comes to partying?
Elsewhere we spotted savvy influencers on the prowl, sneaking into boxes to try and butter up ITV and BBC bosses who were letting their hair down.
Content creator Rossi Woods was a real hit and when Katie Price started moaning that she was hungry he rushed to get her a couple of burgers.

His persistence has paid off – one ITV exec told us they have tapped him up to work for them. No wonder so many influencers spent the night sucking up.
Meanwhile, the winners’ room was just as exciting.
One big name morning telly star had clearly been enjoying the free booze, after winning an award with her team she almost fell over into a fake floral display, muttering ‘I’m so drunk’. Hope the hangover isn’t too bad this morning.
Once all the awards had been given out the stars headed downstairs to carry on the party – if they had a coveted invite.
All apart from the Strictly gang that is, who were put on a party ban. Katya Jones was spotted waving goodbye to pals just before 11 as she headed home.
We’re told the cast were all under strict orders to get a goodnight’s sleep ahead of filming the show’s launch today.

For others – like the reality stars and soap favourites – the booze kept flowing.
In one corner the cast of EastEnders could be seen huddled together, flanked by EE staffers at all times.
Jessie Wallace was on her best behaviour after last year and was escorted out to her car when it hit midnight.
Sources told us the EE staff were terrified the cast might drink too much and get a little too loose lipped. Shane Ritchie and Kellie Bright, who is set to leave, were noticeably absent.
I’m A Celeb winner Angry Ginge was spotted chatting for some time with the cast – could he be angling for a cameo?
That wasn’t the only strange interaction of the evening, Strictly star Chris Appleton was engrossed in conversation with Traitor’s star Faraaz Noor. We’d love to know what they were chatting about.

In another corner The Gladiators were sat taking it all in – and were enjoying the canapes being passed around.
Call The Midwife stars Zephyr Title and Natalie Quarry, who play couple Cyrila and Nurse Rosalind on screen, looked very cosy throughout the night. They were engrossed in conversation while people partied around them.
The Emmerdale gang took up another area, while Corrie stars were mingling all over the place.
Newly single Brooke Vincent looked more confident than ever and was quite the social butterfly throughout the night.

The Chase’s Mark Labbett and Hayley Palmer were all over each other – making sure everyone could see they were very much back together.
NTAs was their first official date since getting back together, with Mark telling us they are happier than ever.
He admitted: “I’m the world’s worst boyfriend. I’ve been taking her to Nandos, Buzz Bingo. But I did buy her Louboutins for her birthday.”
And Hayley showed who is boss as she got him carrying a man bag to keep her spare shoes in it.
As the night came to an end the stars stumbled off – Saffron Lempriere was seen holding Gemma Collins’ fiance Rami’s steady arm after they spent the night reconnecting.
TV couple Gethin Jones and Helen Sketlon left together after spending the evening in each other’s company.
One former Love Island star could be seen chatting up not one, but two ladies as they headed back to their hotel.
Charlotte Dawson didn’t look like she was feeling the love so much though as she was spotted bickering with her fiance Matt while trying to get a ride home.
We imagine there are more than a few sore heads this morning.
