Recharge the batteries with Esker Fields
A little note from Maria Morgan from Esker Fields.
“Right now we are in the heat of summer. While the weather may be unpredictable, the challenges us working parents face stay the same year after year.
“We are in the midst of juggling our jobs alongside keeping kids entertained and the underlying anxiety about transitions to come, whether moving schools, starting university or leaving the family home. While it might not feel like you have time for you right now, I’m inviting you to make time for yourself during the transition. You can’t take care of everyone else in the way you want to if you don’t look after yourself first.
“Join me at The Autumn Pause on Saturday 19th September. At this retreat, you’ll explore your personal connection to essential oils, practice aromatherapy relaxation techniques and design your own Aromatherapy Bath and Shower Gel as an autumnal anchor to hold you through the season.
“Find out more about Aromatherapy Retreats Through the Seasons at Esker Fields and book your place at The Autumn Pause here: https://lnkd.in/ef_zGARQ
This is your chance to prepare how you will support yourself through the darker months.”
