BEN WHITE has revealed that he never replaced Martin Odegaard’s £500 sunglasses following his trophy parade antics.
White, 28, was the centre of attention for his unusual prank during Arsenal’s title celebrations last May.
The right-back was caught on camera removing Odegaard’s expensive Oakley Meta HSTN AI glasses from his head and lobbing them into the crowd during their Premier League trophy parade.
And he was even caught doing the same thing to Viktor Gyokeres’ sunnies too.
Now White has revealed that he didn’t even fork out the cash to replace his teammates’ expensive eyewear, claiming the pair had thrown some of his stuff into the crowd too.
Speaking to Men In Blazers, White said: “I didn’t replace them, to be fair. But I think they weren’t too happy with me.

“They threw some of my stuff as well, I just don’t think it was caught on camera.”
White was certainly enjoying himself during the parade, as Arsenal celebrated winning the league for the first time in 22 years.
But the England international reckons the best moment of the day was when he chowed down on a burger thrown at him from the crowd, insisting he needed the food to help sober him up from the celebrations.
Asked what his favourite personal memory of the day was, White joked: “Probably the cheeseburger, to be fair. I had a few so I needed a little burger to soak it up.”

White played just 12 times in the league last season as Arsenal earned their Premier League crown.
The full-back has played the full 90 minutes in all three of the Gunners’ opening league games this term and has insisted that the squad are locked in and ready to achieve the same goal.
He said: “Last year was amazing, we got it done. But it feels kind of the same, we are ready to go and do it again.
“It is a slightly different feeling now that you have done it last season, but we obviously want more.”
For White, it is not just trophies that are keeping him motivated this term, but the potential of another burger or two during more celebrations at the end of the season.
He teased: “Hopefully we will be winning more trophies. That is the aim, that’s what we are working toward, and hopefully that is what we will do.
“If they [cheeseburgers] are on offer, I’ll have one.”
