TORONTO, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Carbon Streaming Corporation (Cboe CA: NETZ) (OTCQB: OFSTF) (FSE: M2Q) (the “Company”), reports that Mr. Marin Katusa (the “Acquiror”), the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 1,180,000 common shares of the Company (the “Acquired Shares”) pursuant to a private transaction at a purchase price of $0.92 per Acquired Share for an aggregate purchase price of $1,085,600 (the “Acquisition”).

The requirement to file this news release was triggered by the Acquiror’s aggregate acquisition of 1,476,500 common shares of the Company (“Common Shares”) since his previous early warning report. Such acquisitions increased the Acquiror’s ownership of Common Shares by 2.41% on a non-diluted basis and 2.37% on a partially diluted basis, in each case relative the Company’s issued and outstanding Common Shares.
