TOTTENHAM have not been awarded a Premier League penalty in a staggering 471 days.
And their last away spot kick was won by Harry Kane… who left more than THREE YEARS ago.

Spurs’ 0-0 stalemate at Nottingham Forest last Saturday meant they are yet to score in three Prem outings so far this term.
They could probably do with a few opportunities from the spot, although fans may be forgiven for not remembering what being awarded a penalty is like.
Tottenham’s last league penalty was converted by Dominic Solanke on May 25, 2025 – just four days after they won the Europa League.
They have since gone 41 Prem matches without one – with just Spurs and Aston Villa not being awarded one for the entire 2025-26 campaign.

For context, Brentford were given TEN – while even relegated sides Wolves, West Ham and Burnley got five, three and two respectively.
Tottenham had several close calls go against them last term, with spot kicks initially awarded to Micky van de Ven at Bournemouth and Randal Kolo Muani at Sunderland both being controversially overturned.
James Maddison was staggeringly not given one in the final minute of their 1-1 draw against Leeds in May, before offering an explanation.
Maddison wrote on Instagram at the time: “For clarity… the small tiny touch on the ball to change direction came from the outside of my right foot, not Nmecha, and I told the ref that but the check was over in about 20 seconds.

Spurs were then denied another big shout during their recent 2-0 defeat to Newcastle, with no spot kick given after Omar Marmoush was kicked by Malick Thiaw in the box after beating the Toon defender to the ball.
Away from home it has been even more barren for Tottenham.
Their last Prem spot kick away from North London came at Aston Villa on May 13, 2023 – 1,214 days ago.
Under then-interim boss Ryan Mason, Kane converted from 12 yards after being brought down by Emi Martinez.
No club that has been in the Premier League throughout the following period has failed to earn a penalty away from home.

There is an argument to be had that Spurs are less likely to be awarded penalties as they have generally been a poor side in that time, rarely attacking the other team’s box.
But during the 2023-24 season they came fifth and still did not earn an away penalty.
And two clubs that are now in League One have even been given two in that time; Leicester and Luton.
Kane, 33, scored six spot kicks during his final season at Spurs.
Should Tottenham be awarded one on Saturday, it remains to be seen who would even take it.
Son Heung-min often took penalties in Kane’s absence but has since left for MLS, while Richarlison has been frozen out.
Tottenham did earn four spot kicks in the Champions League last season.
