Porto vs Man City preview
Manchester City’s pursuit of European glory starts in Portugal on Tuesday night.
Enzo Maresca’s side have won three from three in the league, scoring seven goals in the process.
Excitement was probably tapered somewhat with the narrow 1-0 win over Coventry City on Saturday, with many expecting a bit of a rout from the Cityzens.
That didn’t come but it did allow Maresca the chance to give Enzo Fernandez and Iliman Ndiaye their debuts, with the former a late replacement for Nico O’Reilly who got injured in the warm-up.
Now it’s a trip to Porto to kick-off their European campaign, with the hosts having started the season strong.
Six competitive games played so far this season and they finally conceded their first and only goal over the weekend when beating Moreirense.
