The fire at Scrubs Lane in North Kensington caused an electricity supply failure which blocked all lines between Paddington and Heathrow, National Rail said on Saturday afternoon.
Services were back up and running on Sunday, but there is still disruption to Elizabeth Line and Heathrow Express schedules.
Elizabeth line trains will not serve Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 while the Heathrow Express services is running a reduced schedule.
