BRAMPTON, Ontario, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Primont officially announces the launch of Primont Rental Living, a new purpose-built rental division dedicated to delivering high-quality rental communities and expanding housing choice across the Greater Toronto Area.

The division’s first community will be located at Mississauga Road and Sandalwood Parkway in Brampton. Today, Primont officially broke ground alongside Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown on the new 298-suite, 14-storey purpose-built rental community, with construction scheduled to begin this year.

The community will offer a range of suite types, including many three-bedroom residences designed to give families more space and flexibility. Primont is also partnering with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to make a significant portion of the residences more attainable.
