A TEENAGER and two men have been charged with attempted murder after a town centre shooting left three people injured.

Cops and emergency services swarmed the scene after the horror in Braintree, Essex, on Monday night.

Two teenagers sustained serious injuries to their face and upper body, while a third person was also injured.

Now, cops have charged Destiny Ema, 23, of Meadgate Avenue, Chelmsford, Kayden Brown, 18, of Noaks Avenue, Chelmsford, and a 17-year-old from Braintree who cannot be named for legal reasons with attempted murder.

A 16-year-old boy previously arrested in connection with the incident has been released on police bail until 30 November.

Officers rushed to Market Place at around 10.10pm following reports of the firearms incident.
