MOAB (2.55 Fontwell, nap)
Can strike for his veteran trainer Henrietta Knight. This six-year-old has shown plenty of promise over hurdles and was beaten less than a length at the Punchestown Fesitval in April. He came back with a nice pipe-opener on the Flat at Salisbury last time and should be ready to hit top gear.
HIGH FIBRE (2.40 York, nb)
Looks a healthy bet. He went close in good company over 1m4f here in July before switching to hurdles for a smooth Market Rasen success. He then went back on the level for a victory on the July course at Newmarket over this trip. A repeat of that would be good enough.
IZUBA (1.30 York, treble)
Looked a future winner when a good second on debut at Ascot last time out. He took a while to get going but was really rolloing at the finish over 6f so this extra furlong should suit. He’s the one to beat.
