In the picture, new mum Sophie cradled her little one as Jordan lovingly looked down at the newborn.
She sweetly wrote on Instagram: “A moment we had dreamed of for so long. We can’t believe he is finally here, healthy and happy.

Sophie and Jordan have been together since 2022, but in the months leading up to Sophie giving birth, the couple faced one of their biggest hurdles to date when Jordan was hospitalised with meningitis.
In an exclusive chat, Sophie admits: “There were times I’d go home on my own, heavily pregnant, going to an empty house, not knowing if Jordan was ever going to make it.
“That was really, really hard. And there were points where I’d stand in the baby’s nursery and I’d look and think, this could just be me and my son in this house, figuring life out together.”
