Essex star Dani could be seen struggling to blink as she filmed herself from her hospital bed.

Dani has not revealed the exact details of the procedure but the skin around her eyes looked bruised, bloodied and swollen.

She uploaded the clip to TikTok but has since appeared to have removed it, but it did prompt worried fans to ask if she had “gone to far”.

Dani has never been one to shy away from speaking about the surgery she has had.

In August, she was left unhappy after her surgeon refused to carry out surgery that would leave her ‘unable to shut her eyes’.

Dani appeared on Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, where she talked about her plans to have a brow lift and upper blepharoplasty.

The latter is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin, muscle and fat from the upper eyelids.

Dani told Olivia she wanted it because her mum has heavy eyelids and she was starting to feel like she could see it on herself when she saw herself on TV.

Dani – who has had a BBL and boob job in the past – added: “I think I just want a subtle, lifted look, nothing too extreme. I just want the ends of my eyebrows raised a little bit.”

She concluded the combo of brow lift and upper bleph would leave her looking “a bit more youthful and fresher”.

Dani’s surgeon at the Transform clinic, Dr. Riaz, then came in and talked her through the procedures, and said he would start with the brow lift and only then would he know if he would be able to do the upper bleph.

He said: “We need to test and see how much skin we can remove once that first operation is done as you need to be able to close your eyes, and that’s an important part to protect the cornea.”

Dani agreed, and once she was under general anaesthetic, the surgeon got to work on her brow lift as Olivia watched on.

But after completing the first procedure, the surgeon explained to Olivia that he would not be able to proceed with Dani’s upper bleph.

As he measured and checked the skin on her eyelids, he said: “I’m trying to close her eye and it just springs open.

“So the thing that I have to be careful of, if I take skin away she’s got to be able to close her eyes. If I take a tiny bit of skin there, her eyes would be even more open.

“I do many blepharoplasties but we can’t leave her in a position where she can’t close her eyes, she won’t be happy with me, so I would not proceed, in the interest of safety.”

At the end of the episode, a picture of Dani appeared on screen and revealed that she was not happy with the decision.
