In connection with the trading resumption Veteran will also be holding an annual general meeting of shareholders on October 15, 2026. The Company has been delinquent in holding a meeting since incorporation in 2021 as it has sought out a Qualifying Transaction and will seek shareholder ratification of the prior acts of the Company at the meeting. Meeting material will be provided to shareholders in due course. In connection with the meeting the Company has also adopted a code of business conduct and expects to appoint a Corporate Governance Committee to oversee governance at the Company in order to address corporate governance best practices concerns. The Company’s lack of prior governance disclosure did not meet the standards set out in form 58-101F2 of National Instrument 58-101 – Disclosure of Corporate Governance Practices, and this deficiency will be remedied in the upcoming meeting materials.
