DONALD Trump has revealed his communications with Tiger Woods after his DUI arrest plea.
Woods was handed a five-year driving ban after a hearing for his DUI arrest that Trump thinks is “very fair”
A reporter asked Trump about Woods’ plea deal in the Oval office on Wednesday, to which he responded about the iconic golfer’s “unique” situation.
“I know Tiger very well; he’s a great guy,” Trump said.
“He’s unique in so many ways, especially as an athlete but also as a man.
“He suffers great pain. It’s a very tough situation because they didn’t find alcohol on him; he didn’t test positive at all for alcohol.

“Because of his horrible back, in my opinion a bad doctor, but he had a back operation that did not work out well.
“It’s a tough deal when you’re taking a pain killer because you’re in pain… I thought it was very fair.”
After commenting on Woods’ situation, Trump revealed he spoke to Woods about getting someone to chauffeur him around.
“I think he’s gonna have somebody drive him,” he said.

“I told him that a long time… ‘Why don’t you get somebody to drive you?’ So he’s gonna have somebody drive him from now on.”
Woods appeared in a Florida court on Wednesday a changed his plea from not guilty to no contest on reduced charges.
His DUI charge was reduced to a reckless and careless driving charge under the agreement, and his license was suspended for five years.
