A RECOVERING Perez Hilton believes it’s 2016 and has spent the past month rambling about his celebrity “best friends”, sources claim.
The gossip blogger, 48, is feared to have “lost a decade” from his memory as he continues to be closely monitored after his horror self-harm livestream last month.

A family source told the Daily Mail that Hilton, whose real name is Mario Armando Lavandeira Jr, is “still not well at all” and “all over the place”.
He is prone to “rambling” and drifting off mid-conversation ever since he was hospitalised on August 4 with serious injuries after wielding a knife on a TikTok video in front of horrified fans.
Hilton is said to be fixated on his past relationships with some of the global superstars he found fame reporting on.
The main one is said to be Katy Perry.
He has reportedly been clamoring about when the Roar singer is going to come and visit him as he recovers at home.
Hilton has been insisting the pair are best friends and that she owes him because he “made her into a star”, the source said.
It is widely believed that the former close friends haven’t spoken in years as Perry’s career shot off and she became one of the world’s biggest artists.
The source said him asking to see her despite them drifting shows the poor mental state Hilton is currently battling to overcome.

Hilton remains bed-bound with his mother and sister said to be handling all of his affairs after they took away his phone so he could focus on his recovery.
Sibling Barbara Lavandeira was the first to find the blogger and former UK Celebrity Big Brother star in his home.
She said he was discovered “covered in blood standing in front of the shower, naked, covered in blood, with a box cutter in his hand”.
Barbara raced to save his three children, Mario, 13, Mia, 11, and Mayte, 8, from witnessing the unsettling scene as she phoned 911.

She added that August 4, the day of the incident, “will forever be one of the darkest days my family and I have ever experienced”.
Hilton was rushed to hospital in a serious condition and needed surgery after being take in under Florida’s Baker Act due to his mental health.
A source claimed he is likely to have “permanent scarring” from his knife wounds.
Earlier this year, Hilton spent three weeks in hospital after battling sepsis, amid a series of health problems including an ulcer and blood clot.
The illnesses were reportedly linked to taking flu medication on an empty stomach.
